We get asked all of the time, How do I choose a DJ?
Well we have a few things to look for and ask any
potential DJ's?
1.Do they charge for travel? If so, what radius do they not charge?
2. How much set-up time do they need?
3.Do they have references you can check with of past weddings?
4.Do they offer any specials?
5.Will they cater to my music needs? Will they create a music list for you?
6. Do they help in you planning your reception? (timeline, events, etc.)
7. How old or new is their equipment they use to DJ?
8. Do they offer dance lighting?
9. Do they MC as well? If so, does it cost anything more?
10. Do they have a back-up music source if their primary stops working?
The most important thing is YOU have to have a good feeling about who you are going to hire. They have to be personable, and know what they are doing. It is the most important day in your life, and a DJ can make it all that better! And if you are using a DJ for a party, you want it to be the best party ever.
